Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete the college. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. In 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. In October of 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite not having any expectations. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, along with bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
