April Bowlby has been an American actor as well as model for a period of more than 20 years. She has portrayed Kandi on The CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. The actress is most famous for her roles as Stacy Barrett and Kandi on Two and a Half Men and Drop Dead Diva, a legal comedy/fantasy drama/comedy series. She began her modeling career before moving into film and television. After appearing as an additional to the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and in one-episode parts on other shows, her first appearance on TV was CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. After a few years her breakout role as Kandi was in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby is gaining worldwide fame due to her character, Stacy Barrett, in the popular television series Drop Dead Diva. In the American Web Series Titans, she played the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl. She will reprise her role as a spin-off of The Doom Patrol television series. Bowlby has also appeared in TV film Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. After appearing as a character in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut feature) along with From Prada, to Nada she debuted on the big screen in All Roads Lead Home. She also appeared on Freddie on the 2005 season as Sydney and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 in the role of Meg. Bowlby's most recent appearance was Natasha who was a 12-year-old girl who lost her mother in an auto accident. Bowlby is starring in the film as Mia as she appears in The Slammin Salmon (2008). The actress lives in Los Angeles. The blonde has natural red hair as well as blue eyes. She is a single woman who has no children.
