She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach business goals, especially in the midst of dramatic development and change. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She's passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the key competitive advantages. Her extensive experience in medium and small-sized businesses along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes helped cultivate corporate cultures that embrace the concept of learning and innovation to positively impact individuals groups and companies. As Annmarie continues to devote her time and talent in supporting the Learning Ally mission, she currently provides support to a number of non-profit groups in her spare time. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women become leaders. She also provides training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
